Point Buy 5e is a small set of free tools for fifth edition Dungeons & Dragons players and Dungeon Masters. It started with the point buy calculator, because adding up costs by hand on a character sheet gets old, and grew to cover the other jobs that come up at session zero: rolling stats, checking modifiers, naming a character and balancing a fight.
Everything runs in your browser. There are no accounts and nothing to download. The math follows the published rules, and each tool is checked against worked examples before it goes live.
